For years, I trained for hours a day, chasing results and doing everything right. But eventually, I hit a wall. I started to resent fitness—the very thing I once loved. I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and stuck in a cycle of doing more but feeling worse. It felt like no matter how hard I pushed, I just couldn’t keep up.
Everything changed when I gave myself permission to do less—and started focusing on what actually worked. I began training from home with short, powerful workouts that fit into my life.
